The LISA heytea collaboration has officially gone global. Announced in Shenzhen on 15 October 2026, the partnership between the Thai pop icon and heytea, the originator of New-Style tea, brings the brand’s Mango Coconut Sticky Rice drink to participating stores across mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and international markets.
In addition to the drink, fans can expect original LISA illustrations created by heytea, limited-edition packaging and a range of exclusive merchandise.

How the LISA heytea Collaboration Came Together
At first, the partnership grew out of LISA’s own enthusiasm for the brand. Over the past year, she has visited heytea stores and shared them on social media from Los Angeles, London and Bangkok.
Her 2025 Instagram posts featuring heytea matcha drinks drew more than 6.7 million likes. Then, during BLACKPINK’s London tour stop that same year, a photo of her holding Cloud Coconut Blue, a drink sold only in heytea’s international markets, sparked further buzz online.
Later, in September, LISA tried the Mango Coconut Sticky Rice drink at heytea lab in Bangkok’s CentralWorld. At the time, the venue was preparing to open as Thailand’s first heytea store and Southeast Asia’s first heytea lab. Fans can watch the moment in heytea’s Instagram reel.
The Drink Behind the LISA heytea Collaboration
First introduced in China in 2021, Mango Coconut Sticky Rice has become a seasonal favourite. Since then, it has returned several times for the Dragon Boat Festival.
Notably, the drink takes inspiration from the classic Thai dessert. It layers a smooth mango-coconut slush and mango pieces over a base of coconut sticky rice.
Moreover, store teams prepare the rice by hand every day, using long-grain sticky rice imported from Thailand. They cook and hand-sort the grains before gradually folding in coconut milk. As a result, the drink has a soft, chewy texture where each grain stays distinct.
LISA heytea Collaboration Packaging and Merchandise
At the heart of the campaign are original LISA illustrations drawn in heytea’s signature playful, hand-drawn style. LISA herself loves the artwork, which appears on the limited-edition cups and a collection of merchandise.
At participating stores, eligible collaboration bundles include a drink and a sticker. Customers can also choose either a pin or a keychain, with merchandise available from 16 October. Together, the drink, artwork and collectibles give fans an experience that goes beyond the cup.
heytea’s Track Record of Creative Partnerships
The LISA heytea collaboration adds a global music star to a long list of creative partners. heytea has previously worked with alexanderwang, Sandy Liang, Yayoi Kusama, POP MART and Wicked.
Meanwhile, in New York, the brand has taken part in the Guggenheim Museum’s YCC Party and connected with the Central Park Conservancy. Through products, artwork, merchandise, themed stores and local events, heytea links tea with personal style, self-expression and city life.
What It Means for Southeast Asia
For Southeast Asia, the LISA heytea collaboration lands at a key moment. heytea now has more than 120 international stores in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, London, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne and Bangkok.
In particular, the Bangkok opening gives the brand its first foothold in the region. Pairing that debut with a Thai-inspired drink and a Thai global star is a clear signal of intent. It also shows how food and beverage brands are using celebrity partnerships to build regional buzz, much like the standout Starbucks outlets across Southeast Asia that draw visitors through design and experience.
Ultimately, as heytea puts it, the goal is to establish tea as a shared global language that connects a new generation across borders and cultures. More details are available on the official heytea website.
